9. Before the fish is cooked, take another lemon, scrape the yellow skin on the surface into crumbs and set aside, and squeeze the lemon juice at the same time. Take the fish out of the tin foil, filter the soup and pour it into the pot, simmer over low heat, take out the herbs from the fish belly, divide the fish into pieces and place them on a plate, add appropriate amount of salt, pepper, lemon juice and lemon zest to the soup, mix well, and pour it on the sides of the fish.
