Temperature and time of toasting

Many people like to eat toast at ordinary times, but in addition to eating it fresh, you can also bake it and spread jam or bacon on it. It will be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and has high nutritional value. When baking toast, you must pay attention to the temperature and time. If the temperature is too high or the time is too short, the surface of the toast may soften and it will no longer be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Cheese toast

Ingredients: 2 slices of toast, 2 strips of bacon, 1/2 green pepper, 1/4 onion, 8 shrimps, 2 teaspoons of shredded cheese, 2 tablespoons of egg liquid, 2 tablespoons of fresh milk, some tomato sauce

Method 1. Cut bacon into small pieces; cut onion and green pepper into shreds; wash shrimps and set aside.

2.Mix the egg liquid and fresh milk and set aside.

3. Dip one side of the toast in the ingredients from step 2 to moisten the surface, squeeze ketchup on it again, add the onion shreds, bacon segments, shrimps, green pepper shreds from step 1, and finally sprinkle with cheese shreds.

4. Put the toast from step 4 into a preheated oven at 250°C and bake until the surface is slightly charred.

Pan-baked egg tart

Ingredients for two egg tarts:

2 slices of toast

Fresh cream 25cc

1 egg

1 tsp sugar (add more sugar if you like it sweeter)

Method 1. Remove the edges of the toast and roll it thinly with a rolling pin.

2. Mix the eggs, cream and sugar, then filter and set aside.

3. Spread a little butter on the container, put the toast with the edges trimmed into the mold, and try to fill it up without leaving any gaps.

4. Pour the egg liquid from step (2) into the cup from step (3).

5. Cover the pan with a layer of non-stick baking paper or kitchen paper, add step (4), cover the pan, and bake over low heat until the egg liquid is cooked.

6. If you have an oven at home, you can bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until the egg liquid is cooked.

Tips : The difference between a frying pan and an oven is that the heat is uneven and the fire is limited to the bottom, so the food will be browned. If you use the bottom of the oven, there will be less burnt feeling.

Toast Pizza

Ingredients: toast, butter, salad dressing, tuna, 1 tablespoon of diced vegetables, mozzarella

Method 1. Spread butter on toast and add a layer of salad dressing and tuna mixture.

2. Sprinkle a tablespoon of diced vegetables on top, put mozzarella or breakfast cheese on top and bake at 180 degrees until the cheese turns golden brown.
