14. Prepare washed green vegetables and carrot slices. (Used as a bottom layer)

15. Blanch the washed greens in boiling water and drain.

16. Blanch the carrot slices in boiling water until soft, then remove and drain.

17. Place the blanched greens and carrot slices on a clean plate.

18. Place the braised meatballs on top and pour the thickening sauce of the braised meatballs on top.
