How to make celery and golden needle lamb rolls

1.1 Wash the celery and use a peeler to scrape off the tendons along the protruding lines of the celery. The celery without tendons will not get stuck in your teeth and will be more refreshing.

2.2 Put the lamb slices in a bowl, add a little salt, cooking wine, and white pepper and marinate for 15 minutes

3.1 Place the lamb slices on the chopping board. One celery roll uses about three to four lamb slices.

4.2 Cut the celery into thick strips, cut off the roots of the enoki mushrooms, wash and set aside

5.1 Then roll it up into mutton rolls for later use

6.2 Put celery and enoki mushrooms on the lamb slices

8.2 Put the butter in the microwave on medium heat for two minutes and melt it.

9. Brush the lamb rolls with butter and also brush a little butter on the cherry tomatoes

10. Sprinkle raw walnut kernels on the lamb rolls (use raw walnut kernels so they won’t get mushy after roasting)

11. Then sprinkle some fine salt on it

12. Finally, sprinkle black sesame seeds

13. Bake in the middle layer of the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
