How to make beer prawns?

Prawns are a food that many people like to eat, and there are many types of shrimps. 1. Choose shrimp. When eating, be sure to choose green-skinned shrimps with small claws and soft shells. They are easy to absorb the flavor and have thick and tender meat. The boss will kill it when you buy it, and you can clean it when you get home. Be sure to brush it carefully with a discarded toothbrush, especially the belly. After washing, put it in boiling water and rinse it tightly.

2. Preparation of ingredients. Taking 5 jin of shrimp as an example, you will need a bag of Sanwu hot pot ingredients, a bottle of beer, a jin of garlic, half a jin of dried red peppers cut into sections and deseeded, and some ginger, green onions, and peppercorns.

Heat the iron pan, add half a pound of vegetable oil, add the hot pot ingredients when it becomes spicy, and boil the sugar until it dissolves. Add ginger, peppercorns and chili and stir-fry briefly, then add the prawns and stir-fry until well-flavored. Add beer, making sure to leave about 2 ounces in the bottle. Cover and simmer.

When there seems not much soup left, add garlic and white onions, and continue to stir-fry until the juice is dry. When it is a little burnt, add MSG, then pour in the remaining beer, stir-fry for a few times and remove from the pan.

This beer prawn is different from the water-flowing method used in night beer stalls. The soup is fried until dry and all the flavor is absorbed into the shrimp. Spicy, fresh and fragrant, with a strong flavor.

The juice must be fried until it is dry and a little sticky, so that the flavor is rich and the juice can be fully absorbed into the shrimp meat.
