How to make assorted vegetable and shrimp cabbage rolls

1. Prepare the Chinese cabbage for eating, remove the thick stems, keep the leaves, and wash them. Wash the cucumbers and carrots.

2.1 Wash the shrimps, remove the shells, heads and sand lines, rinse, marinate with salt and cooking wine for 10 minutes, and pick them up with toothpicks.

3.2 Cut cucumber, carrot and pork leg into shreds and set aside.

4.1 Put appropriate amount of water in the pot and bring it to a boil, add some salt and oil, put in the cabbage leaves and cook for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

5.2 Heat the oil in a pan, add the carrots and stir-fry for 2 minutes, mix with salt and serve.

6.1 Take a large plate, spread out the cabbage leaves, put the shredded carrots, shredded cucumbers, shredded pork thighs, and a shrimp in turn. (Remove the toothpick) Roll up the cabbage leaves evenly.

7.2 Put the shrimps in the pot and blanch for 1 minute, then take them out.

8. Rolled cabbage rolls.

9. Steam over high heat for 1.5 minutes.

10. Take another pot, put in water starch, add salt, oil, pepper, oyster sauce, chicken essence, chopped green onion, minced garlic, and bring to a boil.

11. Pour the cooked sauce on the cabbage rolls.
