Ingredients: 150g pork belly, 250g diced potatoes (dehydrated) Seasoning: soy sauce, chicken powder, ginger, garlic, star anise, pepper, blended oil

1. Cut pork belly and potatoes into cubes

2. Heat the oil, add the peppercorns, star anise, garlic and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Remove the peppercorns and garlic and discard them.

Ingredients: 500g beans, about 100g potatoes, about 100g lean meat, green onions, Northeastern paste, light soy sauce, pepper powder, salt. Method: 1. Remove the old tendons of the beans, wash them, and break them into two pieces; peel and wash the potatoes, and cut them into dice; wash the lean meat, cut it into small pieces; cut the green onions into small pieces. 2. Take a small bowl, put in the lean meat and green onion segments, then add 2 spoons of Northeastern paste, 1 spoon of light soy sauce and 1/3 spoon of pepper powder, stir evenly, marinate and set aside. 3. Pour a small amount of oil into the hot pan. When the oil is hot, pour in the marinated meat and seasonings, stir-fry until fragrant. After pouring in the green beans, stir-fry until the beans change color, then pour in the potato cubes and continue to stir-fry for a while. Pour in clean water until it covers the ingredients. Bring the soup to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat, cover the pot tightly, and simmer.

4. Simmer for about 20 minutes. When about half of the soup is left, turn it over, add the small steamed buns I made at home, cover the pot tightly, and continue to simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes. At this time, open the lid of the pot, the soup is almost dry, and the small flower rolls are cooked.
