8. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and cook for 5 minutes; the soup will turn white quickly.

9. Put the shredded radish into the pot.

10. After boiling over high heat, skim off the foam.

11. Change to medium heat and cook for about 10 minutes to avoid cooking for too long, which will make the fish overcooked and not tender. Add appropriate amount of salt for seasoning, and a little white pepper to remove the fishy smell and enhance the flavor.

12. Before serving, sprinkle some chopped green onions and serve.
