How to make glutinous rice balls with tofu and peanut butter

1. Open the box of soft tofu and take out half.

2.1 Use the back of a spoon to press into a paste.

3.2 Rinse twice with boiling water (to remove the bean smell), then drain.

4.1 Knead into a dough that does not stick to hands or bowl (no need to add water, the box tofu itself contains water).

5.2 Add white sugar, dried osmanthus, coconut milk and glutinous rice flour (add the glutinous rice flour little by little).

6. Roll into strips, add doses, and knead into balls.

7. Use your thumb to press a hole in the center, put in an appropriate amount of bean paste, gently flatten the bean paste, add peanut butter, seal the mouth, and roll it into a round shape. The raw dough is ready.

8. After making all the glutinous rice balls one by one, place them on a plate lightly coated with oil.

9. Put it into a boiling water steamer, steam it on high heat for 6 minutes, take it out, sprinkle with coconut flakes and garnish with wolfberry.
