Step 6: Pour the completely cooled pepper water into a container and add an appropriate amount of pickled peppers. It is important to also pour some of the water from the pickled peppers into the container.

Step 7: Place the drained radish strips into a container and pickle.

Step 8: Finally, seal the pickled radish and store it in the refrigerator before eating. Method 2 1. Prepare ingredients: white radish, red pepper, sugar, white vinegar and salt

2. Prepare a white radish of appropriate size, peel it and wash it clean; if you don’t peel it, be sure to wash it clean, and use some salt to rub off the dirt on the surface. It is important to wash it clean because it is eaten raw.

4. Put the chopped radish into a container, add appropriate amount of salt and mix well. Marinate for half an hour until the radish becomes soft. Remove from the container and drain the water. If you want to eat sweet radish, rinse the radish with water to remove the saltiness, and then add appropriate amount of white sugar.

5. Put the drained radish into a bowl, add chili and white vinegar, mix well, marinate for 3 hours, and you can eat it when it is ready.
