How to make flower glutinous rice dumplings

In life, many of us may not know how to cook when we leave our parents and live alone. We have to learn how to cook. We can’t eat takeout every day, and the food outside is not necessarily clean. 1. Put the yeast in a small amount of warm water, let it stand for about 5 minutes to dissolve, then pour it into the flour, add appropriate amount of warm water, mix well and knead it into a smooth dough

2.12 Cover the dough with plastic wrap or moistened gauze and place it in a warm place to ferment for about 1.5 hours. When the dough has doubled in size and is covered with small honeycomb-like holes, it is ready.

4.12 Add oyster sauce, cooking wine, salt, sugar, five-spice powder, soy sauce, egg white, and stir in one direction.

7. Put on disposable gloves and knead it evenly to make fillings

8. Put the fermented dough on a floured chopping board and knead it thoroughly to remove the air inside. Divide it into small pieces weighing about 35 grams and flatten them with your hands.

9. Use a rolling pin to roll the small dough into a thin edge and thick middle dough.

10. Put appropriate amount of filling into the dough

11. Pinch out folds about 2cm from the edge of the dough, closing the edges as you pinch. However, be careful not to pinch the edges of the dough together, so that it forms a flower-shaped embryo.

12. Place a carrot cube on top of the dough for decoration

13. Put the prepared raw dough into a steamer lined with gauze, cover with a lid or wet gauze, and let it stand for 20 minutes. Add appropriate amount of water to the steamer, put in the raw dough, cover the lid tightly, turn on high heat, and steam for about 15 minutes.

14. Turn off the heat, wait for about 3 minutes before opening the lid and taking it out.
