How to cook garlic vermicelli and abalone

1.1 Wash the abalone and cut it into two or three pieces (optional), and make a cross cut on the top.

2.2 Soak the vermicelli in hot water until soft; dig out the small abalone from the shell and use a toothbrush to carefully clean it to remove the black stains

3. Roll the softened vermicelli into a ball and place it on the abalone shell

4. Chop 2 cloves of garlic into fine pieces, fry half of it in a pan with oil, and mix it with the other half of the minced garlic, add oyster sauce, a little Maggi soy sauce, and rice wine.

5. Pour a little oyster sauce on the vermicelli, and then pour a little on the surface of the abalone, and steam in boiling water for 5 minutes.

6. Take out the steamed abalone, put chopped green onion on it, and pour boiling oil on it.
