2. Cut the dried tofu and braised pork belly into dices and set aside.

3. According to the recipe, add jelly, soybean paste, chicken essence, salt, dark soy sauce, old brine paste, aftertaste powder (KA66) and other auxiliary ingredients. (The old brine paste is added to the recipe to enhance the sauce flavor)

4. Finally, add modified starch and ginger and onion and mix well.
