How to cook crucian carp

A healthy diet can prolong a person’s life. So, how can we use “eating” to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce how to cook fragrant and smooth crucian carp.

1. Remove the scales and internal organs of the crucian carp, wash it, and make a few cuts on the surface of the crucian carp! Apply salt evenly on the surface and inside the belly for 15 minutes

2. Slice the ginger and garlic! Chop two slices of ginger and two slices of garlic finely! Chop the red pepper finely! Cut the green onion into strips! Chop the green onion leaves!

3. Put the scallion, ginger and garlic slices into the crucian carp's belly.

4. Heat the pan until the vegetable oil is enough to cover half of the crucian carp and bring to a boil! Lift the tail of the crucian carp and sprinkle a layer of dry starch on the surface until it stops falling off. Put it in a frying pan and fry for three to five minutes.

5. Turn on low heat! Take out the crucian carp and set aside! Leave three teaspoons of oil in the pot, add ginger, garlic, chili, bean paste, and sugar, stir-fry until fragrant, add a small bowl of water and bring to a boil

6. Add salt, chicken essence, MSG and soy sauce and mix well! Put the crucian carp in the pot, cover the pot and cook over high heat for one minute, then open the pot lid, turn the crucian carp over, cover the pot and cook for another minute.

7. Pick up the crucian carp and put it on a plate! Leave the soup at the bottom of the pot, add a teaspoon of dry starch and green onion leaves, mix well, remove from the pot and pour over the crucian carp!
