How to cook tofu with mushroom and mixed sauce

2. Heat water and add salt in a pot;

3. After the water boils, add the tofu and blanch it to remove the beany smell and slightly set the shape;

4. After the tofu is cooked, you can remove it from the water and cool it down;

5. Heat the pan with cold oil;

6. When the oil is slightly hot, add the minced meat and chopped mushrooms into the pan and stir-fry;

7. When the meat changes color, push the meat and mushrooms aside, then add the onion, ginger, garlic and chopped mustard tuber into the pot and stir-fry;

8. After all the aromas have been released, add the dried yellow bean paste. If the amount is not enough, add some water.

9. Put the blanched tofu cubes into the pot, cover the pot and stew the tofu;

10. When the soup is dry, add a small amount of salt and serve.
