Ingredients: 100g sesame seeds, 70g granulated sugar or crystal sugar, 70g solid oil (butter, lard, coconut oil) Method: Step 1: Fry the sesame seeds in a dry pan over low heat until they can be easily powdered by hand. Step 2: Blend the whole fried sesame seeds in a food processor (Thermomix, Blendtec, Vita-Mix, blender, etc.).

Step 3 Add sugar and oil to the fried sesame seeds and continue beating until it reaches the desired consistency! step4 If you want to use it as filling for making glutinous rice balls, you can first use an ice cream spoon to scoop them into balls, put them in the refrigerator and then wrap them! If you want to use it to make dumplings, you can refrigerate it slightly before making them! step5 Just increase the stirring time and it can become sesame spread! After refrigerating the sesame paste, scoop it into balls, roll it into a round shape, and then freeze it into a harder filling. You can use it as the filling for sesame lava dumplings!
