If we want to eat healthily, we need to cook our own meals. Only in this way can we be healthy. For this reason, I will first talk about how to cook fried squid.

1. Clean the squid and cut it into strips.

2. Beat the eggs, flour and breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. (Forgot to take a picture of the bread crumbs, sorry!)

3. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and turn on medium heat (if using an induction cooker, set the temperature to 180℃). When the oil is warm, coat the squids one by one with a thin layer of flour, then coat them with egg liquid, then with a layer of breadcrumbs, and finally fry them in the pan until golden brown, then remove and serve. Fried squid can be eaten with ketchup, salad dressing or pepper salt. If you are not sure about the heat, you can put in a wrapped squid to test the temperature first. If the squid floats up immediately after being put into the pan, it means the oil temperature has reached 180°C and can be fried.
