1.1 While the mushrooms are soaking, wash the tomatoes, cut them into thin slices, place them on a plate and set aside.

2.2 Soak the dried mushrooms, drain and remove the stems, and save a little of the soaking water for later use.

3. Prepare the sauce: Add appropriate amount of starch (not too thick), appropriate amount of sugar, and a little salt to the mushroom water and stir well.

4. Heat oil in a pan, add mushroom slices and fry both sides until cooked.

5. Pour in the prepared sauce, stir fry evenly so that it is evenly coated on the mushrooms and it is done.
