How to make hawthorn paste

1. Soak the hawthorn in salt water for a while, then wash and set aside

2.1 Put the prepared hawthorns into the pot, then add cold water (just enough to reach the level of the hawthorns). Fire! !

3.2 Cut the washed hawthorns horizontally, remove the core and pull them out. This step is not difficult, but it is time-consuming.

4. First boil over high heat until the water boils, then simmer over low heat. While simmering, use a spatula to crush the cooked hawthorns into a paste (since you will be eating at home, you don't have to peel the skin, and the skin has high nutritional value). When the hawthorns are bubbling, add in white sugar and stir constantly. When the sweetness is evenly distributed, turn off the heat and serve.

5. Put the prepared hawthorn paste into a fresh-keeping box, let it cool, and then put it in the refrigerator. You can take it out and eat it whenever you want. It has the effects of strengthening the stomach, beautifying the skin, replenishing blood, and regulating blood pressure. It is really a food suitable for all ages, hehe~
