Finger-licking tea-flavored mole shrimp

Material :

2 small bags of oolong tea, 300 grams of fresh mole shrimp, 1 spoon of salt, 10 grams of starch

practice:

1. Soak Dahongpao in boiling water and set aside;

2. Filter the brewed Dahongpao tea, pour the tea leaves into a container, and add starch;

3. Stir tea leaves and starch thoroughly;

4. Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pan and heat it;

5. Pour in the tea leaves and fry over medium heat until the tea leaves become crisp;

6. Take out the fried tea leaves, drain the oil and set aside;

7. Wash the prawns, remove the shrimp intestines and drain the water;

8. Heat the oil in the pan again and pour in the processed prawns;

9. Fry the prawns over medium heat until the skin turns red. Remove the prawns and drain the oil;

10. Leave a small amount of oil in the pan, pour in the fried tea leaves and prawns, and add salt;

11. Stir-fry for a few times over high heat and then turn off the heat.

Stir-fried mole crickets:

1. Raw materials:

1. Main ingredient: 150 grams of live mole crickets.

2. Seasoning: cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, chopped green onion, minced ginger, and vegetable oil.

2. Preparation method:

1. Put the living mole crickets into boiling water and scald them to death. Take out the head, limbs, internal organs and wings, wash them and set aside.

2. Heat the oil in a pan, add chopped green onion and minced ginger, stir-fry until fragrant, add the mole crickets, add cooking wine, salt and soy sauce, stir-fry until the mole crickets are cooked and flavorful, then you can serve.

Tips: Mole crickets are rich in protein with high nutritional value, and have diuretic and laxative effects. "Tianhuazi Materia Medica" records that "it can treat malignant sores, edema, and swelling of the head and face. "Yujiu Yaojie" states that "it can clear away dampness and heat," and can treat water-related swelling, shortness of breath, urinary obstruction and other diseases.

Mole crickets are rich in protein, carbohydrates, multiple vitamins and minerals.

Mole crickets are salty and cold in nature. It has diuretic and laxative effects. Treat edema, stranguria, difficulty urinating, illness, carbuncle and ulcer. People with weak qi and pregnant women should not take it.
