6. Step 6. Restart the oil pan, add peppercorns and chili peppers. If you like spicy or numb food, you can add more. (I add some thirteen spices here, which will make it fragrant. It depends on your preference.) Then put some chopped green onions on the bowl, and then pour the peppercorn and chili oil. The three fresh delicacies are done in a bowl of water.
