1. Cut the vanilla pods horizontally and take out the seeds

2. Mix half of the milk, half of the sugar and corn starch evenly, add the vanilla pods and seeds, mix together and boil over low heat for later use

3. Beat the egg yolks with the other half of the sugar until they are slightly white.

4. Add the other half of the milk and mix well

5. Pour the egg yolk liquid into the boiling vanilla milk and heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly while pouring.

6. Cook over low heat until thickened

7. Cool the custard sauce to 50℃

8. Add butter and mix well

9. Cover the pot and let it cool for later use. Remove the vanilla pod before use

10. Chestnut puree: Remove the shell and skin of raw chestnuts

11. Cut the vanilla pods crosswise, take out the seeds, mix with sugar and water and boil.

12. Pour in the raw chestnuts prepared in advance and cook in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes until the chestnuts become soft.

13. Pour all ingredients into blender

14. Blend into a fine paste

15. If there is more water, pour it into the pot and stir-fry until thick.
