1. Start kneading the dough. There is no need to specify the amount of dough. It depends on the amount you want to make.

3.2 Add clean water, add little by little, don’t add too much at once. After all, if there is too little, you can add more, but too much will be more troublesome.

4.12 Keep adding water and kneading the dough while adding water. To what extent should the dough be kneaded? When you pick up the dough with chopsticks, it will flow down like good honey, but keep flowing. I don’t know if you can understand my description. 5.21 Put the kneaded dough in a bowl and add clean water. Do not stir it after adding water, just cover the bowl with the lid.

7.2 Put the basin into the refrigerator for one and a half to two hours.

8.1 Press the dough down and draw a circle on the bottom of the pan according to the size you need. When you think the size is about right, shake your wrist to pull up the dough.

9.2 Heat the pot, but not too high. If the temperature is too high, the dough will be almost cooked when you press it down, and it will not be able to take shape at all, and the dough in your hand will be taken back into your hand. Therefore, the pan has a certain temperature and a certain degree of adhesion, but it is not high enough to cook the dough. This degree is difficult to grasp, it is better to try it yourself than to explain it to you.

10. If some places on the pancake are not well coated, you can use the dough in your hand to press and coat them again. If there is too much flour remaining on the pancake, you can also use the dough in your hand to lightly touch it and put the excess flour back into the dough in your hand.

12.1 Once the crust is ready, the hardest part is done. Next we can start making some dishes that are suitable for wraps. For example, stir-fried carrots, stir-fried shredded potatoes, stir-fried bean sprouts, etc. Today I made stir-fried shredded carrots and stir-fried cabbage.

13.2 After the dough is finished, we can steam it for a few minutes. This way, the dough will become moist again and more resilient than before. It will not be easily damaged when wrapping the vegetables. It will also be resilient when eaten and the aroma of the dough will be richer.

15.2 I haven’t shown off my knife skills for a long time. Usually, when I want to make shredded potatoes or something like that, I usually use a planer. But today, I suddenly felt like cutting it myself. First slice, then cut into strips.

16.1 Heat the pan, add oil and minced garlic.

19. Add shredded carrots and stir-fry.
