How to cook tofu, pig blood and cabbage

11. Bring to a boil over high heat

12. Cover and simmer for a while

13. Season with salt and simmer over medium heat until the cabbage is soft.

14. Add a little bit of MSG (can be omitted), sprinkle some chopped green onion and coriander, and serve.
