How to make Chinese cabbage and pork dumplings

We often see food shows on TV and make ourselves envious. Here is how to make Chinese cabbage and pork dumplings. Prepare the ingredients and start making them.

1. Blanch the Chinese cabbage, then rinse it with cold water, squeeze out the water and chop it into small pieces.

2.1 Add the Chinese cabbage and chopped green onion to the minced meat.

3.2 Add soy sauce, cooking wine, thirteen spices, oyster sauce, sweet noodle sauce and salt to the pork filling and mix well. Then add the water used to soak the mushrooms in several times and beat in the same direction. Finally, add sesame oil to enhance the flavor. Add chopped mushrooms into the minced meat and mix well.

4.1 Dissolve 1/4 teaspoon of salt in clean water and pour into the flour bowl.

5.2 Add appropriate amount of salt and oil and mix well.

6.1 Knead into a smooth dough with your hands, cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for ten minutes.

7.2 Stir with chopsticks until the water disappears.

8.1 Use a knife to cut into small pieces of about 10 grams each and flatten them.

9.2 Take 1/3 of the dough and roll it into long strips.

10. Roll into dumpling skins.

11. Take the dumpling wrapper and put appropriate amount of dumpling filling on it.

12.Pinch the upper and lower edges tightly.

13. Seal both sides and the dumplings are done.

14. Put the wrapped dumplings into boiling water. After the water boils, add a small bowl of cold water and continue boiling. After repeating once, the dumplings are cooked.

15. Let’s eat.
