Fried Dried Tofu

1. Take a piece of old tofu, drain off some of the moisture, cut it into small cubes of uniform thickness, place it on the steamer, and leave it for more than one or two hours to further drain out the moisture. After the pan is heated, add appropriate amount of vegetable oil, put the tofu cubes into the pan, and fry slowly over medium heat;

2. Don’t turn it over too quickly. Wait until the side that touches the bottom of the pan is done before turning it over and frying the other side.

3. After both sides are fried, sprinkle salt and cumin, shake the pan a few times to make the salt and cumin stick to the surface of the tofu as evenly as possible;

4. Pick it out and put it on a plate. Eat it while it’s hot. The skin is crispy!
