How to cook braised pork ribs with abalone

1. Rinse the ribs

9. Transfer to a pressure cooker, bring to a boil over high heat then turn to low heat for 20 minutes

10. Pour it back into the wok and cook over high heat until the soup is dry and thick.

11. At this time, you can add appropriate amount of salt, sugar or dark soy sauce according to your personal taste, and drizzle a little sesame oil before serving.
