6. Pour the squeezed white radish filling into the meat filling and mix well. Then add an appropriate amount of salt according to the amount of white radish, but don't make it too salty! For those who prefer light taste, you can skip the step of adding salt a second time. You can also add sesame oil if you like, it depends on your personal taste. Steamed dumplings require hot noodles, which means kneading the noodles with freshly boiled water.

7. Steam. Apply some cooking oil on the grate, and you can also put a few unused white radish slices on it like this. This will prevent the steamed dumplings from sticking to the pan.

8. Steam for 10 minutes. If it is meat filling, extend the time to 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for a while. Let’s eat, “first pot dumplings, second pot noodles”, hot dumplings are the best~~.
