French Fruit Roll-Up Recipe

1. Mix all ingredients except egg white and 15g sugar added to egg white.

2.1 Take another clean bowl and put in egg white, add sugar in batches, and beat until it becomes as shown in the picture (skip the wet foam).

4.12 Pour the beaten egg white into the flour paste and mix evenly with a rubber spatula.

5.21 Stir until it flows as shown in the figure.

6. Slightly grease the pan (no need to grease if it's non-stick), heat over low heat (my induction setting is 170 degrees), scoop 1 tablespoon of batter and slowly drip it into the pan from a height of about 20 cm -> this will form a natural round shape.

7. Heat for about 2 minutes until bubbles appear as shown in the picture. Turn it over quickly and heat for about 1 minute more (if heated for too long, it will break when folded).

8. After heating is completed, quickly fold the burrito with wax paper and fix it (I used glass glue to fix the wax paper), with the light color on the inside.

9. Fold all the heated wraps and let them cool completely.

10. Whip 15g of fresh cream and sugar, pipe it inside the burrito, and sandwich your favorite fruits.
