How to make homemade hamburger buns

If you often go to restaurants for convenience and end up having gastrointestinal problems or diseases, it is not worth it. For the sake of our health, we'd better learn some home cooking methods and make them at home. Homemade hamburger buns are simple to make and most people can learn it quickly.

1. Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread bucket, place the salt and sugar diagonally, start the bread machine and start kneading the dough.

2. After kneading the dough for half an hour, add softened butter and continue kneading.

3. Knead the dough for an hour until it forms a film.

4. Let the dough ferment directly in the bread bucket until it is 2.5 times larger than the original size. Then start the bread machine and knead the dough for a few minutes to release the air from the dough.

5. Knead the dough evenly and divide it into five equal portions, each weighing about 88 grams. (I think this is the perfect size for a burger.)

6. Knead well, roll into a ball and place on a baking tray.

7. Brush the surface with egg liquid and sprinkle sesame seeds evenly.

8. Place it in a warm place and let it rise again until the dough doubles in size.

9. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and bake on the middle layer for 20 minutes.

10. After baking, take out and let cool, cut it in half from the middle, add your favorite meat and vegetables, and then spread the sauce on it to make a burger!

This dish is edible for most people, including the elderly, children, and women. However, those who suffer from gastrointestinal discomfort should eat less. Although delicious food is tasty, don't be greedy.
