How to make Black Forest Cake Roll

8.2 100g whipping cream, add 10g sugar, beat with an electric whisk until hard

9. After the cake has cooled down slightly, turn it over so that the surface is facing up again.

10. Spread a layer of whipped cream on the surface of the cake, and do not spread cream or spread less cream on the edge at the end.

11. On the side you are going to roll up, use a knife to make a cut first, but do not cut it. This makes it easier to roll

12. Start rolling from the cut end, and continue rolling to the end, and cut off the back edge, so that it looks neater

13. Finally, wrap the rolled cake roll with tin foil or wax paper and twist the two ends into candy shapes. Refrigerate for half an hour to set

14. After half an hour, take the cake roll out of the refrigerator, spread a layer of cream on the outside, sprinkle with dark chocolate chips (soften the chocolate in advance and use a small spoon to scrape it into chocolate chips), squeeze three creams on it, and put three strawberries for decoration.
