How to make rose pie

Faced with so many delicious foods on the market now, I know that many people can't resist the temptation, but there are many foods that are not clean. So in the face of this situation, we can actually learn to cook at home. Let me first show you how to make rose pie.

1. Remove the rose receptacle, crush it with your hands (throw away the hard ones), and run it through with a little hot water (just a little bit will do).

2. Crush the sesame seeds (not too fine, just enough to give them a nice aroma)

3. Pour 1 and 2 together, add 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of dry flour, 1 tablespoon of salad oil and mix into a drier filling.

4. Leave a piece of dough (add some sugar to make it softer, you can use any method to leaven the dough, I use self-raising flour, quick picture)

5. Take a little less flour than the leavening dough and mix it into lumps with salad oil

6. Rub it into an oily surface like washing clothes

7. After the dough is fermented, roll the dough into a ball about the same size as the dough.

8. Use leavening agent to wrap the oil dough and form a ball

9. Roll it into a long strip, roll it up along the length, and then flatten it slowly.

10. Use your hands to pinch the dough into a nest shape, put the rose filling in it, flatten it, and then roll it into a pancake (it doesn’t matter if the filling is exposed during rolling, it will still taste good and look beautiful if a little bit of the filling is exposed)

11. Put it in a pan and fry it on medium-low heat (no oil is needed when frying). It is cooked when there are burn marks. No need to simmer it. You can fry more and put it in the refrigerator to eat slowly. It will not become hard without heating and will remain soft.
