Food is vital to our human body and is closely related to our life. A good diet can prolong your life. On the contrary, a bad diet can take away our precious lives. So, what constitutes a good diet? I guess I have to at least do it myself. Now, let me introduce to you how to make homemade toast.

1. Make the hot batter first: crush the chocolate and dissolve it in boiling water (you can heat it for another minute), then add 40g of high flour, mix well and let it cool.

2. Add 460g high flour, water, instant yeast powder, sugar, unsalted butter, and salt, and knead into a smooth dough that can be stretched into a film; ferment until it is basically twice as large

3. Divide the dough into 4 pieces, roll into balls and let rest for 15 minutes

4. Reshape and put it into a toast box and place it in a warm place for the second fermentation

5. Just send it until it is 80% full

6. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, cover the toast lid, and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
