Take a pot, pour in the broth and bring to a boil, then add the Chinese cabbage, tender tofu, enoki mushrooms, Chinese cabbage and all the seasonings from step 1 and cook until the flavors are absorbed. 3. Continue to add meat slices, shrimps and oysters, mix well and cook until done. Shabu-shabu 1. Blanch the chicken bones, remove them and rinse them with running water; peel the carrots, wash them and set aside. 2. Take a soup pot, put in the ingredients in step 1 and other soup base ingredients and cook over low heat for 90 minutes, filter out the residue and only take out the broth for later use. 3. Soak the kelp in the broth from step 2 for about 20 minutes, then simmer over low heat for about 1 minute before removing from the broth. This will create the clear broth. 4. Wash the cabbage and cut it into large pieces. Put it into the boiling broth, then add various hot pot ingredients and side dishes in order and boil until cooked.
