13. Slice the barbecued pork, slice the fish cakes, cut the boiled eggs in half and set aside the shrimps.

14. At this time, the shrimp soup is almost cooked, add rock sugar and salt seasoning.

15. Pour water into the cooking pot and bring to a boil. Pour the bean sprouts, water spinach, rice vermicelli and alkaline noodles into the pot one by one and blanch them until cooked.

16. This is shrimp soup, boiled with big bones for 2 hours.

17. Take a bowl and put flour, bean sprouts, water spinach, then add shrimp, eggs, barbecued pork, fish cakes, scoop in shrimp soup, then add chili and fried shallots and it is ready to eat.
