7. Knead the dough again to release the air, then divide it into 8 portions and put them into tin foil boxes. One of them can be larger and placed in the middle.

8. Put the tin foil box into the oven and also put a bowl of hot water in the oven. Let the dough ferment for the second time until it doubles in size.

9. Set the oven temperature to 190 degrees. After preheating for 10 minutes, put the tin foil box into the middle layer of the oven. Bake for 15 minutes and the color of the dough will become darker. Take it out and brush it with honey, then cover it with tin foil to prevent it from burning. At the same time, you can increase the temperature a little bit, to about 200 degrees, and bake for another 15 minutes.
