Is the oil produced by sea duck eggs a chemical reaction?

Duck eggs are a common food in our lives, but sea duck eggs are relatively rare. Some people have never seen them. Sea duck eggs are laid by sea ducks raised on the seashore, so they are called sea duck eggs. Sea ducks eat small fish, shrimps, snails and other food from the sea. Therefore, ducks on the seashore have more meat. The nutritional value of sea duck eggs is higher than that of ordinary ducks. Is the oil produced by sea duck eggs a chemical reaction? Let’s take a look at it next.

1. Is the oil secretion from sea duck eggs a chemical reaction?

The production of oil from sea duck eggs is not necessarily a chemical reaction.

2. Two ways to pickle salted duck eggs

1. Take appropriate amounts of pepper, cinnamon, fennel, ginger and salt, put them in water and boil for 20 minutes, let them cool and pour them into a porcelain jar. Add a little strong liquor and soak the washed duck eggs in it. Seal the jar tightly and it can be eaten after 30 days. This kind of pickled duck eggs has a strong aroma, is slightly salty and delicious, and the egg yolk is rich in oil.

2. Water pickling method: Wash 50 duck eggs, dry them and put them into the jar. Then use 750 grams of salt and appropriate amounts of pepper and fennel, add clean water and boil, then pour into the jar after it has cooled thoroughly (just enough to cover the fresh eggs). Finally, seal the jar tightly. After 20 days, it can be taken out and cooked. If you want the egg yolk to produce more oil, you can add 50-100 grams of shochu to the salt water. Mud-wrapping method: Wash 50 duck eggs, dry them and set aside. Then add 850 grams of salt, 250 grams of Pucha, and 250 grams of raw rice, and cook over high heat until the thick sauce reaches about 200 milliliters. Finally, pour the salty tea juice and 75 grams of rice wine into the yellow mud or red mud and mix well. Evenly coat the duck eggs and put them into a can and seal them. It can be taken out and cooked after one month. You can also wash the duck eggs and dry them first, then use boiling water to soak the dried red clay into a paste. Coat the duck eggs in the mud all over, dip both ends in salt and put them into the jar and seal the jar tightly. You can take it out and cook it after half a month.

3. Nutritional value of sea duck eggs

1. Since sea ducks are raised naturally without feed or hormones, their egg production is far lower than that of ordinary ducks raised artificially. However, since their eggs are natural and have no additives, and sea ducks are fed with marine organisms, the nutritional value of their sea duck eggs is far higher than that of ordinary duck eggs raised artificially. The content of lecithin, protein, and various amino acids is also much higher than that of ordinary duck eggs. The lecithin content is even about 50 times higher than that of milk, which shows how rich its nutrition is. In addition, sea duck eggs also contain mineral elements such as calcium, iron, iodine, potassium, phosphorus, and more than ten kinds of vitamins.

2. Efficacy and effects

Sea duck eggs are rich in lecithin, which can help the human body soften and clean blood vessels, which is very beneficial to cardiovascular health. They can also enhance memory and delay aging. They are high in protein and amino acids, which can supplement the nutrients needed by the human body. At the same time, their cholesterol content is very low, only half of that of eggs. Therefore, it relieves the worries of patients with high blood pressure, hyperlipidemia, and fatty liver. You can eat them with confidence, but still pay attention to the amount! Too much is as bad as too little.

3. Identification method

The nutritional value of sea duck eggs is extremely high, so their price is much higher than that of ordinary duck eggs. Therefore, we must pay attention to check carefully when purchasing to identify whether they are real sea duck eggs. Otherwise, if we spend so much money to buy ordinary duck eggs, it will not be worth it. The identification method is that sea duck eggs are slightly smaller, but they are heavy, feel full when shaken, have thick skin, thick egg white, and dark red yolk, while the yolk of ordinary duck eggs is orange or light yellow.
