How to make crispy beef and carrot pie

2. Use warm water to knead the flour into dough, apply some olive oil on it, and let it rest for 10 minutes.

3. While the dough is resting, you can prepare the meat filling! Put the minced meat into a bowl, add 10 grams of salt, 10 grams of pepper, 10 grams of cooking wine, 10 grams of thirteen spices, 10 grams of soy sauce, 10 grams of sesame oil, and 20 grams of chopped onion, ginger and garlic, and mix well. Then add an egg, 50 grams of starch, and water, mix well, and marinate for 20 minutes. After marinating, add chopped carrots and onions and mince the meat in a clockwise motion.

4. Put flour, salt, black pepper, and chopped green onion, ginger, and garlic into a bowl, and pour 70% hot oil on it to make the puff pastry.

5. Cut the dough into egg-sized pieces and spread them evenly with a little olive oil.

6. Roll the dough into a thin rectangular slice, spread the pastry on it, and then put the prepared meat filling on the bottom.

7. Roll up one layer first, then fold both sides and continue to roll it up, standing it on the panel.

8. Then press down gently, do not use force to avoid squeezing it out.

9. Take a frying pan, add a little oil, fry slowly on low heat. When one side turns golden brown, turn it over and continue frying until golden brown. Cover the pan and simmer for a while.

10. Remove from the pan when both sides turn golden brown.
