Fried pork shreds with basil

Method 1

Materials

Four pieces of bamboo shoots, shredded ginger, green pepper, shredded pork, starch oil, soy sauce

1. Peel and clean four stalks of sedge and cut into thin strips

2. Shredded ginger and green pepper

3. Marinate the shredded pork with starch, oil and soy sauce for 10 minutes

4. Stir-fry shredded ginger and pork in hot pan

5. Stir-fried shredded pepper

6. Stir-fry the shredded basil and green pepper together

7. Add the shredded pork last

8. Add a small spoonful of sugar before serving to highlight the tenderness of the scallops. This is a little trick.

Method 2

Materials

3 wild rice stems, half a carrot, 1 green pepper

How to cook shredded pork with bamboo shoots (茭白)

After rinsing the shredded pork twice with clean water, add a little salt, sugar, soy sauce, cooking oil, and starch and marinate for 10 minutes!

Shredded basil, carrots, and green peppers

Heat the pan with cold oil, stir-fry the marinated shredded pork until it changes color, then serve and set aside.

After wiping the pan dry, add some oil and sauté a little garlic.

Pour the chopped shreds in, add a little salt and a little soy sauce after they become soft and stir-fry evenly

Then pour in the previously fried shredded pork and continue to stir fry.

Add a little sugar before serving to enhance the flavor! You can also add chopped green onions according to your personal taste!

Method 3: Stir-fried pork with black fungus and bamboo shoots

1. Shred pork, wild rice stem, fungus, green and red pepper, ginger and pickled pepper

2. Add cooking wine, shredded ginger and soy sauce to the shredded pork and mix well

3. Heat the pan, add the shredded pork and fry until cooked.

4. Leave some oil in the pan and add shredded ginger and pickled pepper to fry until fragrant

5. Add shredded wild rice and shredded wood ear mushrooms

6. Add salt, green and red pepper strips, balsamic vinegar, oyster sauce, and chopped green onions before serving
