Stir-fried pork with wild mushrooms

Wild mushrooms are a type of fungus food. Like all fungi, wild mushrooms are rich in amino acids and various vitamins and trace elements that are easily absorbed by the human body. Studies have shown that proper consumption of wild mushrooms can help prevent tumors and promote physical health. Eating wild mushrooms alone does not taste good, but stir-frying them with shredded pork can greatly enhance the flavor of the ingredients. So how do you stir-fry wild mushrooms with shredded pork?

Method 1

Stir-fried shredded pork with wild mushrooms is a home-cooked dish with a very Shandong style. It has the characteristics of rich flavor, tender texture, comprehensive nutrition and strengthening the body.

Excipients

Onion and ginger.

Salt, MSG, chicken powder, cooking wine, soy sauce, water starch, cooking oil.

Production steps

1. Wash the pork and cut into strips.

2. Coat the shredded meat with cooking wine, salt and water starch and set aside.

3. Wash the wild mushrooms thoroughly and control the water for later use.

4. Chop the green onion and ginger and set aside.

5. Heat oil in a pan, add scallion, ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Add the shredded pork and stir-fry until cooked, then add cooking wine and soy sauce.

7. Add wild mushrooms, stir-fry evenly, then add water, salt, MSG and chicken powder to season.

8. Simmer until the wild mushrooms are cooked and the soup is thick.

Tips:

1. Add less water when stewing wild mushrooms.

2. Add a little chili oil before serving to make the dish more fragrant.

Method 2

Materials

250g pork, 50g wild mushrooms, 1 green pepper, 15ml cooking wine, 30ml light soy sauce, 20ml dark soy sauce, star anise

2, 8 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon of Pixian bean paste, 5ml sugar

Preparation in Advance:

Soak the dried wild mushrooms in warm water overnight, tear them into smaller pieces, and set aside the soaking water.

Crush the garlic, cut the meat into strips, remove the stems of the green peppers and cut into strips

Heat oil in a pan, add half of the crushed garlic and star anise and fry until fragrant

Pour in the shredded pork and stir-fry the meat. When the color turns white, pour in the wild mushrooms and stir-fry for 1 minute. Then add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, bean paste, and sugar. Stir well and pour in the water that soaked the wild mushrooms, just enough to cover the bottom of the pot. After boiling, cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, open the lid, pour in the green pepper and stir-fry over high heat for two minutes, then add the remaining half of the garlic and stir-fry evenly, then serve. Serve with two bowls of rice!!

Tips

Light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and bean paste are all salty. I didn't add salt. You can adjust the taste yourself.
