11 Add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry.

12 Add garlic leaves and stir-fry evenly.

13 Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir-fry.

14 At this time, the garlic leaves are fried soft, add MSG to season and serve.

15 The fragrant fried shredded pork with garlic is ready.

1 Prepare the ingredients, clean the garlic and slice the meat

2 cloves of garlic, cut into pieces

3 Here we use potato starch. Pour an appropriate amount of potato starch on the meat, add a little water, stir well, and set aside. The meat mixed with starch will not become tough when fried and will taste very tender.

4 Heat the oil and fry the meat until it changes color.

5 Add the chopped garlic and stir fry
