1. Wash the cabbage, cut it into sections, add a spoonful of salt and marinate for more than ten minutes.

2. Pour out the pickled water and add two spoons of sugar

4. Cut the dried chili peppers into small pieces with scissors and put them into the cabbage.

7. Put the kimchi in a fresh-keeping box and marinate it for half a day to a day. Take it out from time to time and turn it over twice. Then you can eat it.
