How to make cranberry scones

1. Mix the low flour and baking powder, sieve them, add fine sugar and salt and mix well

2.1 Mix until the flour becomes loose sand

6.1 Put it into the bag and put it in the refrigerator to relax for 20 minutes

8. Roll the dough into a rectangular shape on a floured board.

9. Make a 3-fold (if you like, you can unfold it and repeat the 3-fold operation)

10. Use a hammer to cut it into 1.5CM thickness

11. Use a die to cut the dough and place it on a baking tray. The remaining dough can be mixed and relaxed for 10 minutes before flattening and cutting.

12. Brush the surface of the scone with egg liquid and bake in the oven.
