4. Pour the beaten egg white into a large bowl with milk and stir the milk and egg white in one direction until well mixed.

5. Then use a strainer to sift the milk and egg white liquid in the large bowl, and slowly pour the egg and milk liquid back into the wide-mouthed bowl with a little milk left along the edge of the bowl. Wait for the milk skin to float up, cover it with plastic wrap, put it into the steamer, turn on medium-high heat, steam for 12 minutes after the water boils, then turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes before opening the lid.

6. When the temperature is not too hot, pour in an appropriate amount of blueberry jam and you can eat it.
