New-style sweet and sour fish recipe

2. Mix tassel starch, 1:1 flour and starch, an egg and some oil, mix well and set aside. If you like to eat coated food, you can order more.

3. When deep-frying fish, lift the fish tail and shake it open, then sprinkle the tassel starch evenly. When the oil is heated up, use a spoon to pour oil over the fish to shape it, then change to medium heat and fry it for the first time until cooked.

4. To make the sauce, heat the pan with cold oil, add sugar, white vinegar, tomato sauce and a little salt. Don't add too much white vinegar at one time, just adjust the taste according to your own taste. White sesame seeds, ginger powder, etc. can be added according to personal preference

5. Finished product: fry the fish twice in oil at a slightly higher temperature, fry until crispy and place upright on a plate. Press the fish with a clean cloth pad on your hands to insulate it from heat. Pay attention to the concentration of the sauce before pouring it on. Adding oil will make the fish shiny.
