How to make stuffed lotus root

5.1 Heat the wok, pour in a proper amount of oil, put the lotus root stuffed with meat on both sides into the wok and fry for half a minute each

6.2 After stuffing the lotus root, set aside the remaining meat paste

7. Leave some oil in the pan, add chopped green onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant

8. Pour in the remaining minced meat and stir fry

9. After stir-frying, add bean paste and salt and continue to stir-fry

10. Add a large bowl of water and bring to a boil

11. Add lotus root, bring to a boil over high heat then simmer

12. Cook until the soup is thick and then serve

13. Cut into thick slices and pour broth over it.
