How to make braised noodles with beans and pork belly

Nowadays, many people neglect their own health and do not pay attention to what they eat on weekdays. They just buy some food outside. For example, braised noodles with green beans and pork belly is simple to make and is a very delicious dish that is worth recommending.

1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add water in equal proportions to the eggs, stir and set aside. Put the noodles in a bowl and knead them with the egg water. After kneading, wrap them with plastic wrap and set aside.

2. Cut the pork belly into thicker pieces, about two centimeters wide, cut the green onions into sections, wash the beans and break them into the length you like.

3. Put oil in the pot, add two broken cloves of star anise, add the pork belly and stir-fry after it smells fragrant, after some of the oil in the pork belly comes out, add the scallion segments and continue to stir-fry until fragrant, then add the beans, stir-fry until the beans turn dark green, add salt and warm water, just enough to cover the beans.

4. To make hand-rolled noodles, take out the dough, put more dry noodles on the chopping board, then knead the noodles until smooth, and divide them into several portions, depending on the size of your board. Then roll it, adding dry flour from time to time while rolling, otherwise it will stick to the rolling pin. After rolling the dough, fold it, cut it into the width you like, then add the flour and shake it open.

5. When the soup is below the level of the beans, add the noodles and spread them out evenly. Then cover the pot and simmer until you hear a squeaking sound in the pot. Add the chopped garlic, turn off the heat and simmer for another minute.

6. Use chopsticks to pick up the food before serving

There is nothing wrong with being busy with work, but neglecting diet is not right. The recipe of braised noodles with oil beans and pork belly is simple. As long as you are willing, you can balance work and life.
