6. Pour in the tripe and eel slices, add salt, sugar and chicken essence, and cook for about 3-4 minutes.

7. Squeeze the water from the shredded lettuce and put it in a bowl.

8. Pour the cooked tripe and eel slices on the shredded lettuce, and sprinkle some pepper powder, cumin powder, dried chili peppers and garlic.

9. Heat some oil and pour it on top.
