Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, then turn off the heat. Wait until the pressure cooker cools down naturally before opening the lid. The bone soup is ready. When your baby wants to drink soup, use a bowl to serve the bone soup, add a little salt, and your baby can start eating. It is important not to add salt to the bone soup all at once; add as much salt as you need. Generally, pork bone soup can be consumed continuously. It is not good for your health to add salt once and stew it frequently.

Tips: Never add cold water during the cooking process, to prevent the temperature of the soup from suddenly dropping, causing the protein and fat to coagulate and denature quickly, affecting the nutrition and taste.

The benefits of eating pork bone soup for babies. Generally, mothers will make soup with pork bones for their babies, thinking that the calcium in the pork bones will dissolve into the soup. However, there has been some controversy in recent years about pork bone soup, saying that the calcium content in it is very low, and calcium cannot be supplemented by drinking pork bone soup. In fact, the calcium content in pork bone soup is indeed not high, but starting to supplement calcium when the baby is calcium deficient is different from absorbing calcium from food at other times. For babies with a strong body, when they start adding complementary foods from 4 months old, you can add a drop or two of pork bone soup to the food every two or three days. When the child is seven or eight months old, you can cook some noodles with pork bone soup for him every day. When the child is around one year old, he can drink the pork bone soup directly. When children have poor absorption or are sick, it is best not to drink or drink less pork bone soup temporarily.
