After pouring the vegetable oil, turn the heat to minimum, cover the lid, and simmer for another 10 minutes.

10. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Then add the greens and red peppers. Add MSG and serve.

11. Put the fried mushrooms and chicken on the cooked rice and serve.
